5/24: Red Oak, TX - someone with a “No Data Centers” sign received a “compliance request” from a local code enforcement officer.

In case you need confirmation, yard signs are indeed protected under free speech / the 1st Amendment. Apparently people pushed the issue all the way to the Supreme Court so we have some clarity: https://firstamendment.mtsu.edu/article/yard-signs/

We will be following this story. If this has happened to you please let us know. Looks like intimidation tactics. Makes you wonder.
